Jobs at SnowGroup

Work at every ski mountain. With us.

Most jobs in skiing mean moving to one mountain and working for it. This one is the ski world itself: the transport, the trips, the clubs and the shops around every mountain, built from one small team. Built lean today. No cash compensation is available now.

Four seats. Sourcing now.

Taking applications

Any start before the raise closes is on deferred compensation. No cash is being paid now. Scope, capacity and compensation terms are agreed in writing before work begins. A full-time role after funding is a separate agreement.

Business & Operations Lead

Run the business alongside the founder. Work on the commercial and operating details yourself: partner follow-through, customer and vendor issues, launches, numbers and the small-team routines that keep the business moving.

  • —Turn priorities into action and carry work through to completion.
  • —Explain what you have learned, what you will own next, and show something useful moved forward in your first 3–4 days; name tangible actions and output for the end of week 1 and week 2.
  • —Make decisions within an agreed remit; name the support you need.

Technical Lead

Take hands-on ownership of the technology behind SnowGroup. Work alongside the founder and existing team to turn priorities into working, dependable product across SnowBus and SnowClub—from customer journeys and booking through marketplace operations and integrations. Make practical technical decisions, build and review code, coordinate delivery, and keep reliability, security and customer experience in view.

  • —Own a clear technical priority from problem to working result.
  • —Work across frontend, backend and integrations, with the team and founder; communicate trade-offs simply.
  • —Use AI tools practically and verify their output. In your first 3–4 days, get enough context to move something useful forward; identify tangible outcomes for the end of week 1 and week 2.

Founder & CEO · 20+ years building ventures, including the original SnowBus

Product, legal, ops and capital strategy are executed solo today, with AI-assisted infrastructure and a small subcontractor bench. No employees pre-revenue, by design: a few high-leverage hires at close beat a large pre-revenue team.
